Baptizing the viejo

So hello to all, I hope you are all doing superb over there in Gringolandia, as my ZL calls it every ten seconds then tells me how rich the USA is. Then I just say well, it is the promised land... haha. I love Nicaragua though. I would never live here permanently but a piece of my heart will certainly stay here, maybe more than a piece at this rate.

It was great to see my amazing family this weekend, I have quite the family as many of you know. I love them very much, especially my mom and dad, they do alot for me and my sisters. My sisters look so big and gorgeous and Kenady sounds so old right now it killed me.

As for the work we were able to baptize this week the old guy from the neighborhood that many told me I couldn't baptize people from... haha, how cute of them. Really in the end it was nothing I did, the Lord prepared this man so well that I would have had to have tried not to baptize him. He is super crazy but super cool too, a convert I will never forget. He is also 80ish years old, probably more, so I baptized viejo.

Changes are this week, we will see what happens with me. I have spent most of my mission in the same district so I am probs gone, which would be bittersweet, but I have set the goal to give every missionary behind me at least one free baptism after I leave an area. In Jalapa I left them about 19 people to be baptized, so so far so good with that goal!

Love you all very much
Elder Logan Morrison
